NBR Rubber Sheet

Introduction:
NBR Rubber Sheet (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber Sheet) is a synthetic elastomer renowned for its excellent oil and fuel resistance. It is widely used in automotive, oil & gas, and industrial sealing applications where hydrocarbon resistance is critical.

Key Properties：
1. Oil & Fuel Resistance: Withstands petroleum-based fluids (ASTM Oil No.3 swell <10%)
2. Tensile Strength: 10-25 MPa (varies with acrylonitrile content).
3. Temperature Range: -30°C to +120°C (short-term 150°C)
4. Abrasion Resistance: Excellent for dynamic sealing.
5. Compression Set: <25% @ 22h/100°C

Limitations: ✖ Poor resistance to ozone, weathering, and polar solvents (e.g., acetone)
